Seminar invitation for practitioners: Conveyancing Rules and Verification of Identity (VOI) requirements

LPI will host seminars for legal practitioners, law practices and licensed conveyancers about Verification of Identity requirements and the Conveyancing Rules – Version 1 (PDF 128.1 KB). Practitioners must fully comply with these Rules from 1 August 2016.

The sessions aim to assist practitioners understand the changes and how they impact conveyancing transactions. They will include presentations from LPI on the Rules and from Australia Post, IDSecure and Zip ID who all offering their services to assist practitioners comply with the VOI rules. There will also be a panel session for questions after the presentations.
