Valuation Sales Report

To produce the sales report you must first register. Upon registering, an email containing an 'Activation Key' will be sent to the email address provided. This 'Activation Key' is valid for 5 reports. If you would like to register, click here.
The sales report you are about to produce is restricted to sales that were used for the valuation of your property. It is not a comprehensive listing of sales in the vicinity of your property. Information on more complete sources of sales information is available here.
The valuation sales report may list sales of both vacant and improved properties but does not include sales of strata units. Although some of the sales on the report may not be directly comparable to your property it is normal valuation practice to view the breadth of the real estate market to establish land values.

To produce the report:
Type your Activation Key below. Type your Property Number (from your Notice of Valuation or land tax assessment) below. Select the date of the valuation required - this is shown on your Notice of Valuation - if you have received a land tax assessment, select the year preceding the land tax year (for example for the 2012 tax year, select 1 July 2011, for the 2011 tax year select 1 July 2010). Click the Continue button - this will produce a PDF document listing the relevant sales which can then be printed or saved.
