Valuation Objection

To lodge an objection you must first register. Upon registering, an email containing an 'Activation Key' will be sent to the email address provided. If you have previously registered to produce a Valuation Sales Report, you may use that activation key.

To lodge an objection:
Type your Activation Key below. Type your Property Number (from your Notice of Valuation or land tax assessment) below. Select the date of the valuation required - this is shown on your Notice of Valuation - if you have received a land tax assessment, select the year preceding the land tax year (for example for the 2012 tax year, select 1 July 2011, for the 2011 tax year select 1 July 2010). Objections can only be lodged online to a valuing year once. Should you wish to lodge a subsequent or second objection to the same valuing year please contact the Customer Service Centre on 1800 110 038 to obtain an objection kit. Click the Continue button.
