Request for review

Land and Property Information (LPI) customers  may ask the Registrar General to formally review a determination made by LPI.  

A lodgment fee of $272.00 is payable for a Request for Review. This may be wholly or partially refunded depending upon the success of the applicant’s Request for Review.

To lodge the request the applicant must:

  1. Complete a  Request for Review by the Registrar General form  (PDF 18.6 KB). 
  2. Pay $272.00 by direct deposit into the Office of the Registrar General’s bank account : DFSI Operating Account  - BSB: 032 001 - Account : 206 525  and add the applicant’s own reference details, using the format '<surname>yymmdd'
  3. Print a copy of proof of payment and attach to the completed Request for Review form
  4. Mail the completed Request for Review form, any attachments, proof of payment and details of the applicant’s BSB and Account for return of funds if a refund is granted to:
