Payment Methods
The new SCIMS Online will have an integrated e-commerce application that will allow organisations an option of payment methods. Current SCIMS Online user organisations have been categorised by previous spending patterns. Organisations with an average total monthly accounts of <$20 will only have the option to pay by credit card. Organisations with an average total monthly accounts of >$20 will have the option to pay by credit card or monthly account.
Account Customers
E-commerce arrangements for SCIMS purchases if total purchases for a month exceed $20.00, an account will be issued monthly. If total SCIMS purchases for a month do not exceed $20.00, an account will be issued when purchases reach $20.00, or quarterly, whichever occurs first.
As access to SCIMS Online is based on an individual SIX-SSP user account and the download of some data attracts fees each SIX-SSP user account will be linked to an organisation’s LPI financial account.
It will be the organisation's responsibility to inform LPI of the current individuals with SIX-SSP access that can be linked to their LPI financial account and in the future any changes to staff.
The monthly invoice will be fully itemised ie all searches will be listed and data will include Date/time SCIMS Transaction number, Client reference, SIX-SSP account name and cost.
Survey Information
All information retrieved from SCIMS Online is charged at a rate of $A4.00 per survey mark where one or both of the following criteria are met:
- The survey mark has "Established" horizontal coordinates - Class listed as 3A, 2A, A, B, or C.
- The survey mark has an "Accurate AHD" value - Class listed as L2A, LA, LB, LC, LD, 2A, A, or B.
If the mark status is Destroyed or Uncertain, there is no charge.
Locality sketch plans
Locality sketch plans are available at no cost through:
- SCIMS Online in the SIX- Survey Services Portal or
- the Survey Services Portal- SCIMS Online - Image Request or
- the LPI Online Shop-Specialised Searches - Survey Mark Sketches.
If ordered via email, fax or mail request a charge of $A13.30 per sketch plan applies.
