The land value search facility is available to give landowners access to land values through the Online shop or over the counter at Land and Property Information (LPI) valuation offices (PDF 528.7KB).
The Land Value search facility in the Online Shop provides property details and land value information for properties in New South Wales.
NSW landowners or their authorised delegate can access their 1 July 2009, 2010 and 2011 land values free of charge, following an online registration process.
After registration you will receive an activation key which will allow you to perform up to five free Land Value for Owners searches.
All other land value searches are available through the Online Shop for a fee of $11.60 per property. Other searches may include those for a property for which you are not the registered owner or the registered owners authorised delegate, Land Value for non Owners searches, or for searches for land values prior to 1 July 2009.
All land value searches obtained over the counter at LPI valuation offices incur a fee of $13.30 per property.
There is no provision to lodge an objection to a land value obtained through a land value search. For more information on the objection process please visit the Land value review page.
