Online objection facility
The online objection facility enables landowners to lodge objections to land values.
Free Land Value for Owners search
Following an online registration process landowners or their authorised delegate can access land value details for their properties. Land values for 1 July 2009, 1 July 2010 and 1 July 2011 can be accessed free of charge via the Online Shop
Land Value for non Owners search
This land value search facility allows anyone to access land value details for any property, for any year available from the Online Shop.
A fee of $11.60 per property is payable for this type of search.
If you are not the registered owner of the property or the owners authorised delegate, or you are the owner of the property but you wish to search for a land value prior to 1 July 2009 this is the search you should use.
Land tax
Existing land tax clients may obtain their average land value for land tax purposes from the Office of State Revenue website. Landowners that are not existing land tax clients can obtain information about land tax by phoning the Office of State Revenue call centre on T: 1300 139 816.
