Land and Property Information (LPI) has developed a valuation objection kit to assist you with lodging a valid objection.
The kit will enable you to gain a further understanding of your rights as an objector and how to lodge a valid objection.
The valuation objection kit includes:
- the brochure Your land value review guide (PDF 838 KB)
- a valuation sales report that includes the land size, contract date, purchase price and adjusted land value for the properties analysed by the valuer in undertaking the valuation process
- a valuation objection form (only available by phoning 1800 110 038)
- a valuation checklist.
Valuation objection kits can only be obtained by calling the valuation call centre T: 1800 110 038 or for international callers +61 2 6332 8188. This is because LPI pre populate the objection form with information to assist landowners in lodging an objection and to assist in streamlining the processing of the objection on its return.
